Returns & Repairs

We understand that from time to time even bushbaby products can go wrong. Buckles break, frames get run-over! Fear not we are here to sort it out. We have a very quick turnaround.

With notice we can usually get something sorted and sent out the same day it arrives in.

If something does go wrong, please call us first, it may be something we can send for you to fit.

Caring for your baby carrier

Cleaning instructions – All carriers can be cleaned by sponging down with warm soapy water and left to dry in a warm place.

Comfort pack - The fleece sleep cushion and fleece straps (comfort pack) can be removed and washed either by hand or in a washing machine at 40.

Storage - Always make sure your carrier is completely dry, especially the accessories. Store in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight.

Maintenance - Inspect all webbing and buckles routinely prior to use, if the product should develop a fault please contact Bushbaby.

Additional or replacement parts - Should only be obtained directly from Bushbaby or via a recommended retailer.

bushbaby Guarantee

Bushbaby carriers are guaranteed by bushbaby to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser of the carrier only (retain your proof of purchase and return the registration card).

Bushbaby products that are determined to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of the manufacturer.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
